    Job Description

    • To respond hardware related mails/calls from clients
    • Support team in network and system related issues
    • Monitoring computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved
    • Manage physical and cloud network storage.
    • Need to document the issues with customer and resolution
    • Experience in supporting VPN, Remote Access, Terminal Services, and Remote Desktop.
    • Experience with Lenovo, hardware and diagnostics
    • Experience with Anti-virus, Anti-spyware, and Anti-spam applications.
    • Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot network services and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc).
    • Experience Active Directory, Group Policies, and Windows networking.
    • Perform the installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of networks and computer systems
    • Set up user accounts on organization’s servers
    • Plan & run necessary system backups time-time
    • Provide technical support and troubleshoot problems on local area networks (LAN) and data networks
    • Windows server 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2 and Linux OS administration
    • Excellent Troubleshooting skills with Hardware, Software and Networks
    • Scripting formats Perl, Powershell, Shell
    • Documentation of system standards and procedures
    • Miscellaneous software installations & set-ups

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree or related field or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum Required 3+ years with IT and PC support/maintenance
    • 3+ years experience working with MS Office, Windows desktop and server operating systems.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and implement new technology.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage tasks in an efficient manner.
    • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as work as a member of a team
